— Lauds The Council Chairman’s Developmental Strides
The Chairman of Emohua Local Government Area, Dr. Chidi Lloyd on Tuesday received in solidarity visit the National Coordinator of the PDP Ex-Councillors Forum, Chief Hon Prince Weli-Wosu at the council headquarters in Emohua.
The PDP Ex-Councillors Forum is the umbrella body of former members of Local Government Legislative Assemblies who are members of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) across the 36 States and the federal capital territory.
The national coordinator of the group, Prince Weli-Wosu who has a long standing relationship with Dr. Chidi Lloyd says he was in Emohua to congratulate and encourage the council chairman on his developmental strides, describing the infrastructural revolution witnessed across Emohua LGA under his watch as the new standard in local government administration.
The Chairman’s visitor who was taken on an unscheduled visit to project sites with the council headquarters, also joined Dr. Chidi Lloyd to ascertain the progress of work at the ongoing construction of Uke-Eli road in Rundele (Ward 7) Emohua LGA, one of the four road projects being executed simultaneously across Emohua LGA by the administration of Dr. Chidi Lloyd.
Prince Weli-Wosu said the achievements of Dr. Chidi Lloyd within the short period he has served as Emohua local government chairman didn’t come to him as a surprise because of the council chairman’s track record of performance.
He congratulated the people of Emohua local government area for the new narrative about the area since the inception of the administration of Dr. Chidi Lloyd and prayed for God’s continuous protection upon the council chairman and his team, while wishing him a successful tenure in office.
Dr. Lloyd was accompanied by the vice chairman of Emohua LGA, Hon Mrs. Edna Nyeche and principal officers of the council.
